2010年春夏之際,前往常常在麵包坊聽到的國度-丹麥打混,2011年日曆一開張沒多久,正式踏入丹麥國度,成為丹麥的媳婦,一切一切對我都很新!這個夢想部落格,要寫下我們如何在廚房中混口飯吃、走過的餐廳美食分享...等等興趣的交流。In 2010, between summer and spring, I travelled to the country I had always heard about in our local bakery. In 2011, when we started using a new calendar, my stay in Denmark really became a part of my life. I am married to a Dane, and everything here is new and exciting! In this Dreamblog I want to tell about my experiences in a new country, and especially about any nice food we have had at restaurants or in our loveful home.

[海豚小姐下廚去] 糖醋里肌肉

糖 醋 里 肌 肉 Pineapple Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce




3-4人份 (It serves 3 to 4)

材  料   Ingredients

 豬里肌肉 Pork Tenderloin - 300g
青 椒 半 個 - 1/2 bell Green Pepper
紅甜椒半個 - 1/2 bell Red Pepper
小黃瓜 1/4條  - 1/4 Cucumber
洋蔥一個 - 1  middle Onion
太白粉水半碗 - 1/2 cup cornstarch water
(一匙太白粉混入四匙水 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 4 tablespoons water)
鳳梨罐頭半罐 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
油炸的油四碗 - 4 cups oil for deep-frying

調 味 料 Seasoning

糖兩大匙 - 2 big teaspoon sugar
醋三大匙 - 3 big teaspoon Vinegar
蕃茄醬兩大匙 - 2 big teaspoon Ketchup
水半碗 - 1/2 cup water
鳳梨罐頭汁3/4罐 - 3/4 cup juice from the can


醃  料  Preserving Ingredients

鹽 1/4小匙 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
蛋1/2顆 - 1/2 egg

糖1/4小匙 - 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
醬油1/2小匙 - 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce

 
        1. 肉、蔬菜皆切為一口大小。 Cut the meat and the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
        2. 醃肉1小時。Preserve the meat for 1 hour.
        3. 混合調味料。Mix all the seasoning.
        4. 炸豬肉至金黃色。Deep-fry the pork till turning to gold color.(Don't be too hard.)
        5. 炒蔬菜、水果為2分鐘。Fry the vegetables and pineapple.
        6. 加入混合後的調味料。Add the seasoning.
        7. 加入太白粉水勾芡。Add cornstarch water.
        8. 最後加入豬肉混合均勻即可。Mix the meat with the rest.
