日式蕎麥雞絲涼麵

Miss dolphin is going to introduce the easy and fast dish N0.2.
2-3人份 (It serves 2 to 3)
材 料 Ingredients
雞胸肉多寡依自己喜歡加 - Chicken breast - As much as you want
甜椒1個 - 1 bell Red Pepper
小黃瓜 1/2條 - 1/2 Cucumber
蕎麥麵 2 人份 - Soba for 2-3 persons
調 味 料 Seasoning
芝麻醬大匙 - 1 Big Teaspoon sesame paste
鹽巴0.5小匙 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
鹽巴0.5小匙 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
醋1.5大匙 - 1 Big Teaspoon Vinegar
辣椒醬1小匙 - 1 teaspoon chili sauce
糖0.5大匙 - 1 Big Teaspoon sugar
冷開水1大匙 - 1 Big Teaspoon cold water
1. 用冷水拌勻芝麻醬。Use the cold water to paste.
2. 加入其它剩餘的調味料入(1)中。Add and mix the rest seasoning into (1).
3. 煮麵條。Cook the soba.
4. 排盤、淋醬上菜。Dished up ,put the sauce on and serve it.
